We will gather to share relaxing moments of joy and inspiration in the warmth of our presences.
We will escape on the paths of Buddhism in India and the craddle of Qi Qong in China on narrated journeys. We will broaden our horizons by discovering scientific advances on the memory of water and the Earthing, that invite us to renew our perspective on ourselves, our connection to others and to the world.
Let you be guided in relaxation to soothe and in mental visualization to anchor this conscious and loving view in your life. This starts with bringing love and compassion for yourself and your inner child. We will exchange within our sharing circle.
We will walk by the riverbanks to offer our flowers to the waters, confiding our intentions for the world.
We will raise our joy by stepping into the rounds of Khmer dances.

Jean Oudinot
Certified meditation and Qi Gong teacher Executive coach
Native from Laos, Jean teaches meditation and Qi Gong at the Buddhist pagoda in Moissy-Cramayel where he used to be a monk. He will share about his journeys on the path of Buddhism in India and the craddle of Qi Gong in the mountains of China. Being a coach for corporate executive managers, he will welcome you in his listening ability and benevolence.
Julie Svay
Certified practitioner of sophro-analysis Certified trainer of resilience
Native from Cambodia, Julie assists people in reconnecting to their Self and the world. She will guide you to encounter your heart and inner child, where we will bring our love, compassion and gratitude. She will share with you her wonder for the so-complex post-materialistic sciences and for the so-simple beauty of life.

We will welcome you on Saturday 7 August 2021 from 9:30 (activities starting at 10:00) within a small group (10 to 12 people)in a friendly house at Ousson sur Loire and on the Loire riverbanks. French and English spoken.
